Bad

Outsurance supply me with a quote and they cannot beat my current assurance. They did tell me that I get R500. But I don have a 3 more years non claim bonus and my current assurance Santam do not have a letter that state non claim but on my quote from them they mention 7 years non claim, but Outsurance does not accept it. How can they put all these adds on and give such feedback.
