Bad business practice.

I’m am appalled with Outsurance. Of this is how they treat 3rd party claims, I feel sorry for those insured with them. They are rebuking a claim for third party without having done the investigation or even validating the claim. One of their client has crashed /damaged my vehicle and the company is rebuking my claim. Outsurance did not even investigate nor check the validity of the information. I have had to call and spoke to an agent Anina Williams only to find they didn’t even investigate. Their client has **** and the company failed to validate even when a case is opened , statements written and nor did they call witnesses to do their part. How does a company dealing with insurance for millions of citizens of SA not do proper investigations, knowing how rife insurance ***** is. I will be ensuring that I post this on all my social nets and ensure that our FSB is aware of such matters as this is clearly bad practice in business. Their client I’ll see in court.
