Bad bad services.

Not happy at all with outsurance,we had a hail storm few weeks back and it was raining in,from roof,I cannot claim for damages ,few weeks later we experienced problems with washing machine that is now rated as "wear and tear",then they keep phoning me with surveys,to rate services,excuse me ,but as long as I'm being told my things that I work hard for and maintain to the best of my abilities are wear and teared and damaged to a point where we cannot use it anymore and therefore could be a possible danger to us in the household,that cannot be covered or claimed for,whereby I pay dearly for to be insured,sorry I will never be happy,thanks Outsurance ,"YOU DONT ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT!!
