BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested a car quotation on Outsurance website. Kyle call me and I asked him what are the terms and condition of the promo, he said to me if you never claim for 3 years you get R1500 and R500 if you have claim. During our telephone conversation he then approve the agreement without my approval. I told him that you didnt bit my current insurance can i get my promo money. He said but i agreed to the agreement so i wont get it and he was lying. He then transfer me to another person. We have a huge argument before he can cancel the policy. When i was suppose to get the promo link because they didnt bit my current insurance then they tell me other terms and conditions which Klye didnt told me. Very bad experience with Outsurance workers
