Bad bad bad service

The worse service I have ever received from a company. Never call back if you lodge a complaint or want to speak to managers. Empty promisses. Takes a week to tow your vehicle from a pound to a panelbeater that is 300 meter away. In the mean time you took car hire and lost a whole week, but lets ***** the customer, we will not extend your car hire. Total useless.
