bad attitude when trying to cancel policy

I called outsurance on 23 Jan 2018 at 15:15pm to cancel my car insurance policy. I was transferred to a lady called Zee who wanted to know my reason for cancelling. After explaining to her that its financial she offerred to reduce the policy which I declined, but she continually insisted. I mentioned to her that Im calling from work , then I asked her if anyone else can assist me with this cancellation , she arrogantly said that she is the best one to help me. She then asked me about what deal I am getting from budget insurance?? this was puzzling because I never mentioned anything about budget insurance. She was persistent and very unprofessional.
