Bad attitude over the phone when comparing premium

So I been comparing quotes and premiums with you guys and other insurance providers like Discovery Insure etc. I phoned in the one day to ask if you guys could reduce my premium to match which they could offer. I was flat out refused and the guy on the phone was arrogant, bad attitude and not helpful. I been with you guys for over more than 10 years. My car is paid off yet I am spending a fortune for a premium with you guys for such an old car. Other insurance companies can give me a reduction of R100-300 less than your premium. I feel ********** by you guys. I was told to phone 6 months later to ask for reduction??? Everytime I am about to get paid out with outbonus you guys find a sneaky way not to pay it out like last time which left me highly ****ed off. You can keep your outbonus for all I care. You benefits nowhere match other insurance companies like Discovery Insure.<br> <br> Do you want to keep my as a client cause I am nearing decision to move to Discovery Insure?<br> <br> Not happy with you guys at all.
