Bad attitude from life cover salesperson

I am currently insured for household contents. I was contacted by life insurance to tell me about Outsurance life cover. After hearing the quote and asking for an email of the policy document before considering to take it out, the consultant was rude and insisted that I wasted time. I eventually had to hang up the call as he made it very uncomfortable for me. I am even considering changing insurance companies now as I have never been treated with such disrespect just for not agreeing to take of the life/disability cover policy at that exact moment and wanting to think about it first.
