BAD ATTITUDE FROM COSULTANT

-Roxanne Campbell called me to log a claim for an accident I was involved in. Firstly, she did not introduce herself in the manner to which explains the purpose of her call.<br> -She then insinuated that I am negligent on my vehicle and as a result an accident occurred<br> -Her sarcastic tone was not appropriate and she was highly unprofessional<br> -I expect an apology from her as she does not have proper phone etiquette and does not know how to empathise or be customer friendly.
