Bad attitude and increased excess for no reason

my car was hit by a bike recently, outsurance claims that my excess payment would have been R1000.00 if i was the regular driver of the car, but now because my wife is it would be R3570.00 - i explained to them that I've always been the regular driver and that it has been stated like that to them since we took out the insurance and we have not changed it - they still say it's not like that! according to them we have changed it which is not true! when my wife contacted them to clarify the 'story' they were even rude about it! all their consultants tells another story and this all to save their company some money! - I believe after this incident I would rather take my business elsewhere - (P.S. word of mouth is the best adverti*****t!)
