bad assessor

never felt offended,intimidated and abused like that in my life. the assessor was interrogating me as if i am a ******** she was pushing and she wanted to take my phone out of my hand to check my call logs as she doesn't believe i was the one driving my car on the day of the accident, i took her to the accident scene but she continued to a different location and started taking pictures even though that was not the accident scene, the towing company even confirmed the location that i took her to. she has her own theory that my husband was the 1 behind the wheel even though the police and the towing company and third party confirmed that i was the one driving and i was alone. so According to her everyone is lying even the police? i felt abused scared and frustrated this is my first accident and claim and i never thought it will be something like this. i have never skipped paying my premiums and don't deserve such a treatment. further more i don't even know what is happening with my car. again maybe i am not normal is it possible to remember exactly what you did the whole day and the exact times? because she stresses the fact that i do not remember the "exact time(hour/minutes/seconds)" i left home that day. the assessor 's name is Annalise Viljoen.
