Bad assessing and claims experience

I just want to say as good as Outsurance was in recovering my access, they were absolutely bad when it came to my claims experience. I was involved in a rear end accident where a ford bakkie rear ended my vehicle over a speed hump. The assessors report regarding the damages was absolutely appalling disregarding my detailing of what was the actual damages to my vehicle. To top this of i had written a letter to them and still today have not received any answers or written correspondence from them regarding my bad experience. I will definitely not recommend anyone to them.
