Bad assesment

<p>i have instituted a 3rd party claim against a client of outsurance the following was my experience after supplying all documentation that was requested.</p> <p>1. i was given dates to enquire the process of my claim and when i did i ussually get feedback a week after my enquiry</p> <p>2. eventually i phone them after the 2 week period has expired and on the 3rd day i received and email as to what my settlement value will be, i xplain to them that a quote is only valid for 21 days, my car is now starting to rust and the noise on the rear wheels is getting louder.</p> <p>3. The most disturbing news is they have now allocated 40% of the blame to me and quoting past case numbers where this was done they did not inform me how they arrive at that percentage as the person that rode into me knock the back part of my vehicle. the other driver also admtted at the scene it was her fault.</p> <p>4. They have assess my vehicle from pictures and does not know the undrlining problems exist, and they advised my to a weak panel beater shop.</p> <p>conclusion: They does not pay out easily but they collect quickly</p> <p> </p>
