Bad and dishonest service

I am so disappointed with Outsurance, a company I trust so much but their services are disappointing.

My truck had an accident , tyre burst. My claim was rejected and their reason is that " my trucks wheel alignment was not in place/ that the truck was not being serviced.

I have proof that my truck was serviced two weeks before that accident. Their broker is not responding me and not even entertaining my claim.

When they are making sales they are so polite but when you have a problem they are rude and unresponsive.

I see on their adverts they have honesty, awesome service and human as their values, they should remove that because they have none of that. I will fight Outsurance until my claim gets paid. I will involve the ombudsman, if I have to seek legal assistance then I will do that.

My business have lost alot of money during this time and yet they do not care. I will hold them liable for all those cost.

I will let all my family and friends that I have recruited to Outsurance know about this so they can find new and reliable insurance company.

Please guys never make that mistake of going to Outsurance you will cry.
