bad 3 rd party cover
I had more than 5 months ago a 3 rd party claim with this company and after I supp**** them 5 times with documents I still had no joy and repaired my car out of my own pocket.When we started the claim they asked me for a no claim letter from my insurance company as one of conditions so yes I ended up paying myself as they as still busy with claim.
