Backyard preferred vehicle repairer

<p>Dear Outsurance.<br />My father bought my sister a vehicle on his name and insured it on his name. However the vehicle is paid by herself. This vehicle is her first car. In our family we are born car fanatics and perfectionists. My sister was involved in a vehicle accident and the vehicle was sent by you to your preferred repairer Mini Maxi Panelbeaters in Springs. The vehicle was repaired and she got the vehicle back but there was more damage to the paint work than what it had before the repair. It then went back to Mini Maxi Panelbeaters. Its been there now for a week and a half. My sister and mother went there today to have a look at the progress. What they discovered was that the vehicle was parked at a building site on their premises. The boot and window was open meaning that all the dust particles of the building site is now inside the entire vehicle. Also looking at the paint work that was done I don't think that the paint work has fully cured that means that the paint work has now been contaminated. Clearly there is no quality standards in place and the person in charge of quality has no idea about quality.
