Backyard Mechanics for Panelbeaters

Outsurance send me to Fleet VIP Solutions to have my car repaired. They simply had to replace the front bumper and respray it. The car have now been back 3 times and it is still n mess. The paint color doesn't match, chips out of the paint, my lights was not adjusted after they removed it for some unknown reason, an cover that was broken due to the accident is not replaced, *****s missing on my lip spoiler etc. I now insist that my car gets send to an panel beater OF MY CHOICE to be repaired correctly since Fleet VIP Solutions is useless at the simple job of spray painting. Simply put either have my car REPAIRED by a proper panel beater of MY CHOICE or I will be forced to contact the ombudsman for short term insurance and have them handle the case.
