Backlog???

I called OUTsurance asking for a new quotation for my car insurance but they couldnt beat my current Comprehensive Insurance that includes Car and Home contents worth R95 000.<br> When i asked for the R400 they said the email has been sent and i havent received anything.<br> When i called back they told me that there's a backlog of emails coming in and out,.<br> <br> I feel like this is wrong and they mustnt make promises they cant keep.
