Back track on agreement

It disappoints me to have to write this complaint after having written a compliment about this company not so long ago. My account was debited with more than the amount that was agreed upon and I would like either a refund or a confirmation that indeed this money will not be reimbursed so that I can decide what my next step is. I have been with OUT before and I left, I am starting to regret having returned to this company, Very sad
