Back payment of access on claim.

To my surprize I recieved back payment of my access on an old claim after Outsurance was refunded the access from the munisipality on a pothole damage claim.<br> I would have acspected them to take the refund for themselves, but instead they are refunding me??<br> <br> WOW, now that is Service with Integrity!!!
