Awsum Service from the entire team

We had a vehicle claim outstanding from December 2016 for an incident that we knew wasn't our fault. The entire process took long but it was professional handled with numerous updates from the entire team. My daughter felt really bad but kept on saying " Dad, it wasn't my fault and that i could see , she is only 22 yrs old and she also felt bad about the huge excess that needed to be paid over) After a while we felt a little despondent as we thought we would not see our excess been recovered (N$9200.00). Outsurance mentioned a different tactic of retrieving the money :-) and that gave us hope again. On Friday 09 February 2018, i received the best call ever and been informed that all my excess will be paid back to me....many thanks for the terrific work done!!!
