Outsurance definitely practice what they preach. i.e delivering outstanding customer service. I've had a bit of bad luck with vehicle incidents this year and have contacted Outsurance Emergency call centre twice for towing and battery assistance and on both occupations I dealt with very efficient and friendly agents who showed empathy with my emergency situation by phoning back to confirm if I was fine . This morning I dealt with Lorenzo Osborne and I had hardly put down the phone and the towing service was at my gate. A very helpful and friendly gentleman from the towing service took 10 min to load my car on his truck. I've also submitted two accident claims this year and on both occupations I received speedy and professional service not just from the Queenswood assessor handling the assessment cases but also from the panel beaters.(Queenswood and Montana)<br> <br> Being in the customer services industry myself I'm impressed with the Outsurances claim processes in place as well as the quality of the service providers they use. I've convinced a friend of mine who is with another insurance company to move to Outsurance after he had to wait 3 weeks just for the assessor appointment.
