<p>Awesome Excellent Service</p> <p>I have spoken to a number of representatives from Outsurance on a number of times and was left happy each time after every interaction. However, on the 9th December 2016, I spoke to a lady called Itumeleng Mokgatlenyane, Wow! what an experience. It was about to strike 18H00 pm which is her knock off time. But the manner in which she spoke to me, the calmness and the tenacity with which she explained the nitty grities of the product just won my heart over to into becoming an Outsurance short term policy holder. She is really a professional, no rush and did not sound desperate to close a deal, but clean, calm and honest customer service which is what convinced me to believing that if this is the kind of service I am going to experience going forward, then I am whole heartedly in. Through her excellent service I salute Outsurance and just hope that there are many Itumelengs in Outsurance. Weldone Itumeleng keep it up!!! </p>
