Awsome customer service

This goes to the whole Team that assisted me. From the gentleman that phoned me on the Saturday morning, while attending a family funeral, he was quick and very sympathetic. Monday Tshepo Thekiso phoned me regarding the claim. I phoned for a pickup truck, where i was assisted. The gentleman constantly stayed in contact with me during the cause of the day, to make sure that the car was picked up and dropped off at its location. I was assisted every step of the way. They made me feel at ease, as i do not like dealing with these kinds of issues. After just logging this call for the pickup truck in less than 5 minutes i was contacted by the pickup company that confirmed the pickup. So, a Big Thank you to everyone who assisted me .
