Awful service!

On 31.01.2022 I was in a car accident caused by a client of Outsurance, he drove over a red light into my passenger side, I provided outsurance with video footage of the accident , still they said that their client was only 75% negligent. The damages on my car was R152 000 Outsurance only wants to pay out R65 000. Yet again their client caused the accident. Third party at Outsurance is not what they promise clients. It was not a easy process , communication wise it was very difficult and paying R87000 less than what my damages is , is ridiculous. Knowing that their client is at fault, he drove over a red light, I was already in the intersection, waiting for the oncoming traffic to stop , provided them with footage showing that their client is at fault. I am ready to get a lawyer and call the ombudsman. I would never insure a vehicle with them. Empty, empty promises.
