Awful insurance

Awful insurance!! Last year I claimed after an accident, now my premium increased with 60%, after an already increase of 30% when I moved from Pretoria to Centurion. Currently I pay double the premium I was quoted on when I started my insurance... Apparently the increase is justified because one of debit orders bounced as my salary was paid in late and even though I arranged for a debit the next day according to outsurance it's a non payment. Just be honest and say once you claim your premium will increase. Completely unacceptable. I will be canceling my contract, discocery insure gives way better service and premiums AND no excess!!!
