Awesomely Bad Service

My car was involved in an accident on the 24 June 2015. Outsurance was notified and a claim was logged.<br> The consultant informed my wife that the vehicle would be towed, from my house, because is was not safe to drive but my wife drove the vehicle from the scene of the accident. This is were the good service stopped. To date my claim has not been resolved no feedback for more than a week. Outsurance has decided to write off my vehicle beacuse the vehicle is uneconomical to repair. This was a rear smash and no air bags were depolyed. The value of the repairs is approximatley R30 000. I would receive R19 000 if I took the vehicle and repaired it myself. I requested a breakdown on how these values were achieved. No response for a more than a week. My insurnace premium is still been deducted. So basically I am paying insurance on a vehicle I am currently not using because it is sitting in a salvage storage facilitiey. All I want is for my vehicle to be fixed becuase that is why one insures a vehicle. I have been paying insurance on this vehicle for more than 9 years. Ones sees all these ads regarding Outsurance helping their clients and going the extra mile. I am not receiving any help
