Awesomely Bad Service

Subsequent to my late posting dated 3 August 2015, Outsurance has decided to pay me the cost to repair my vehicle less the excess. The reason for this is because of their delay to the response to my e-mail sent to them and not beacuse they want to assist me. But they still refuse to repair my vehicle. I had two panelbeaters quote on the repairs, one an approved Outsurance panelbeater and they do not understand why Outsurance is writing the vehicle off.I must now decide on how must debt I must get myself into.Either take a bank loan to cover the cost of the balance of the repairs on my vehicle or buy another vehicle. Everyday you see the ads of Outsurance claiming how they help their clients and their slogan is YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT.I am definitely getting something out, getting myself more into debt thanks to Outsurance.Outsurance claims that they do not want to loose me as a client, do I really want to remain with Outsurance! What are the chances of this happening again? Are all insurance companies like this?
