Awesome Super Service

Early this year I received an updated policy schedule advising that my premiums will be going up. I then started requesting quotes from other insurers with the aim of moving. On the 23rd April, I called outsurance to check if they are prepared to match an offer I had received from another insurer. I got transferred to Nthabi and she gave me an e-mail address for me to send her the quote. I sent her an email on the 24th April 2015 and she called me back. She then offered me a quote which was a little more than what other insurers quoted. She offered to have the manager look into it and promised to call me back on Saturday. She call me as promised every time. Her professionalism, her politeness, her dedication and commitment made all the difference. In this day and age when companies sell ****genous products, the big differentiator is Service. With Nthabi on your team, Outsurance has an x-factor that your competitors don't have. I appreciate the service and I hope Outsurance will do all to keep her in their team. What an asset she is.
