AWESOME SERVICES FROM OUTSURANCE

I need to applaud your company in the manner in which you ho in order to satisfy your clients. Please change your settings if you answered awesome then theres no need for us to complain in order to submit . I have received awesome support and services from outsurance especially from Ronny.Kelbrick who as been checking out on the progress on the problem we had with a burst pipe as I also had a double stroke. Other than that best quality services from your staff and a lot of companies can learn about customer services from your organisation and let Ronny show them how and agent can be successful in treating clients as human and not just a number on the system. Im ust requesting if its possible for your appointed service provider to move the wall as I recently suffered a double stroke and need to use a chair to set when using the shower and the shower needs to be extended in order for the chair to fit in. Other than that great service.

Seems I was to hasty in praising Outsurance. Ronny you still go out of your way to satisfy your clients but somewhere theres a disjuncture with other staff. I cannot see how you water proof a wall on the outside only when the dampness is coming from either a leak or a pipe that's sprouting water. I'm correct in saying that if you need to water proof a shower area it must be done from the inside first and not only the one walk but all. Paying contractors it would have been better if we had a choice to pay us and we get a contractor. To me both bathrooms had to be fixed . 4 months later an assessor comes in stops everything. Why wasn't the second bathroom given priority when the leak detection guys were here and couldn't make a call. Now a second company will come out. Who is going to work now during the festive time. Come on Outsurance I have a disability and asked your assessor to make the bathroom more conducive for my use but it was discovered the second bathroom had to only waterproofing must be done but no further investigations why the water is leaking into our bed room. Also your company appointed for fixing our cupboards didn't want to do the job because of either the money was to little so they only take big jobs or they were not interested. I hope your management looks into this matter ARB homes. The mess made in the house with all the grindinding and damage of my fan ,who is going to do a deep clean. I await your answer.
