Awesome service rendered by Hardus Van Der Hyde and Juan Geyser, our company has been with OUTsurance, been assisted by Hardus he has been there for us as he always checks on us, if all is still in order with our insurance and asks if we have any complaints, I was sad when they change him to someone else which I was not happy, was introduced to another consultant which is Juan, was not happy at the begin as Hardus had spoiled us with going the extra mile and visit us when his around area, of which it was not done by Juan, I sent communication to him that I wish he can still be our consultant and explained my reasons, he sort the misunderstanding I guess he explained how he used to service us, I must say that we are very happy now with Juan as has improved. We are receiving same service we received before from Hardus. Am happy to say that OUTsurance all the way. You will wonder why I mentioned both names here, reason is whenever looking for something pertaining to the insurance on all the company insurances we have, Hardus doesn't hesitate to assist when I need assistance.
