AWESOME SERVICE RECEIVED FROM RONEL PEREL

<p>I was having a really bad day last Thursday with everything going wrong. To add to my misery, I got stuck in a parking lot at a shopping centre as my car would not start. I called Outsurance and was attended to by the most amazing lady by the name of Ronel. What outstanding service! Very friendly and genuinely concerned about my well being. She assisted me with getting my car towed and called me on several occasions during the whole process to find out how I was doing. Totally amazing service.
