Awesome service received from Outsurance Staff Member - Cebile Mbele

I am purchasing a new vehicle next week and called through to Outsurance's New Member Call Centre to obtain a competitive quotation for insurance on the said vehicle I look to purchase. My call was handled by Cebi Mbele who came across as friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and well spoken. She practiced patience with me as I had my 5 year old in my presence demanding attention during certain periods of the lengthy telephone call and she politely held on for me when I was not able to listen to what she had to share with me. I was impressed by my quoted rate as well as how my call was handled and even when the call dropped, Cebi tried to return the call to ensure we could conclude the quotation.
