Awesome service received from Outsurance. I recently had to claim for lightning damage no some of my TV and Audio appliances as well as my CCTV system. Even though I had to log two separate claims, one for short term insurance(household), and another on the Building insurance (CCTV system- I have two separate policies), the advisors were very efficient and both claims approved and settled within three days of logging. I had the unfortunate event of claiming last year on my Building insurance, due to damage, and was afraid of the recent claim being rejected, but was pleasantly surprised. Outsurance keep up the excellent work, proud to be a client of yours for the last 20+ years.
