Awesome Service - Received back over R 4000

I'm happy to say I've received a call from Cheree Rasmussen yesterday.

She has informed me that my excess of over R 4000 will be paid back to me within the week.

I know this wouldn't have been this quick/possible if it wasn't for her ongoing effort to deal with the refund request from the 3rd party insurance company.

Through the whole process she kept me abreast and updated on the situation.

What a wonderful experience indeed.
