Awesome service OUTsurance!!!

Good Day, with the pet claim we recently had, I must say the service we received was outstanding, but in my opinion the uploading of documents via the app catapulted the finalising of the app (and I'm not a fan of apps I prefer talking to someone) because the info uploaded was instantly received and processed by the claims dept, I didn't have to call again to check if someone noticed my uploads, that to me was the cherry on top, thank you!
