Awesome service on review, rates & claims. Been with them since 2009 & have moved all my cars & house insurance to OUTsurance as they are the BEST!!! Best service, best rates & just the BEST!!!

Always friendly, always helpful & NO issues when claiming.
I have been with OUTsurance from 2009 & have added all 3 vehicles, had 2 vehicles on a business contract & have in the past 5 years also added my home contents & house insurance as they are much cheaper than any other quote received. The wording of their contracts are clear as to what cover you are receiving, not like other insurances that say 1 thing & contract says another.
I thank OUTsurance for pointing that out to me as I nearly made a mistake & took out other insurance for my daughter's car as it seemed a bit cheaper, but the fine print was nasty & the car value was R10 000 less so would be quicker to write off & get paid out less. OUTsurance also has cover for specified driver which makes excess less even if under 25 vs other insurances have double excess if driver under 25.
