I contacted Outsurance on 07 August 2015, Firstly Mr Progress Dludla displayed a professional etiquette by introducing himself, He further assisted me professionally by reducing my premium with about R600. I bombarded him with a lot of questions in respect of building and house contents insurance. What I liked most about this Consultant was that he confirmed certain information with his Superiors, instead of compromising by giving me ill-informed information, his patience in answering all my uncer*****ies was awesome.<br> <br> Generally, Mr Progress Dludla maintained an element of Professionalism at all times throughout our conversation. I wish Outsurance can have more of his caliber. As an insurance with reputation, we honestly require to be assisted by the likes of Mr Dludla.<br> <br> Keep it up Mr Dludla! you honestly made me not regret why I choose Outsurance as my insurer.
