Awesome service Leigh Johnson

<p> I am a new Outsirance client. I app**** online as I am very dissapointed with my current provider. Within an hour I got a response from one of the agent via email to notify me that he will be in contact with me and to confirm a time to contact me. When I was contacted by the agent Leigh Johnson from Outsurance, I was bit sceptical as to what to expect. He had a very friendly manner of speaking and connected with me very well. I am also in a customer service industry and therefor knows what customers would want to be treated like. I must say, even though they did not beat my current insurance premium, I'm quite happy with the service thus far and very happy with all the benefits that was offered. Thank you Leigh for such a warm welcome. You are a credit to Outsurance and they need more of you to warm their seats. Keep up the gfood work. </p>
