Awesome Service from Tess Waller

<p>I recently moved part of my insurance cover over to Outsurance and i am well impressed with the service i have already received. Hope it stays like this. I had to submit some paperwork before the start of the cover and Tess Waller called me 10 minutes after i sent my email. She is such a breath of bubbly fresh air early on a Monday morning. She instantly atteneded to my query all the while making me laugh. I was very happy with her service. Well done Tess, keep up the good work, and thanks for the comedy :-)</p>
