Awesome service from SABINAH KGWEDI.
I have logged a call back on the app outside business hours. Outsurance called me this morning. I cannot accept private calls at work and requested them to phone back 17h10 - which they did.
I made changes to my policy and they saved me few rand on my new premium.
Thank you Outsurance for always making our experience awesome. We've been with them for more than 12 years and never had a problem with claims, changes or anything. Well done guys
