Awesome Service from Outsurance Pet Claims Department

I submitted a claim on Monday evening (6.1.25) for one of my Pets. Palesa handled it very efficiently - she called me at 08h15 on Tuesday to say the claim was finalised and that I would be reimbursed within a few days. Very happy
