Awesome service from Outsurance & HRM Projects on Sunday, 11 June 20017

<p>On Sunday afternoon I returned home to find my electricity tripped while I was away. I called Outsurance for assistance because I couldn't get the electricity back up - it kept tripping on Earth Leakage and the geyser.</p> <p> </p> <p>Withing an hour, the electrician (from HRM Projects) was at my place. He replaced the Earth Leakage but advised I needed a plumber because there was a problem with my geyser.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because I live in a complex, my geyser is not insured under my house contents but the electrician told Debbie from Outsurance they have Plumbers on their team. Debbie organised a call out for me. Ralph, the plumber, arrived soon after that and replaced my geyser thermostat.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so grateful that Outsurance could assist me on a Sunday and for the fantastic and professional service received from the electrician as well as the plumber from HRM Projects.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you!</p> <p> </p> <p>Eva Harding</p>
