Awesome Service from OUTsurance

I was involved in my first ever accident last week. I had absolutely no idea what the correct procedure was. The very nice operator at OUTsurance was very reassuring on the phone and spoke to me through exactly what steps I need to take on scene. Also, after the ordeal, they followed up to make sure that i had gotten home safely and that I was fine. They phoned a while later to ensure me that my vehicle was at the assessor's yard. The same afternoon I got a phone call with the total of the damages the assessor found on my vehicle and the panel beater that would be assigned to work on my vehicle for repairing. Absolutely awesome service throughout!!!
