Awesome service from Outsurance

I've been battling to review my policy schedule, and was today attended by a consultant named ALEX, who not only understood that I am a retiree but made numerous attempts to get hold of me. She managed to review my policy, resulting in a reduction in my premiums which is always a bonus for a pensioner that is counting pennies.
