awesome service from outsurance

<p>I received excellent service from an outsurance call centre agent yesterday. i called in for a quote and the agent took me through all aspects of the insurance explaining everything in clear details and making sure i wasn't choosing the wrong insurance. i was impresesd by her friendliness and patience throughout the phone call. she even clearly explained the reasoning behind why i would not get the R400 that outsurance promises on the ads, in a manner that was not rude or abrasive as i'd found in other call centres.</p>
