Awesome Service from Outsurance

<p>I had a bumper bashing in February where I was rear ended. Wehn I spoke to Outsurance they said I should claim through them and they would then claim back through the offending parties insurance as 3rd party claims take so much longer. So I claimed through Outsurance and had to pay the excess which they said they would try to claim back from the other party but that there was no guarantee that it would be refunded to me.</p> <p><br />Well I had all but forgotten about my excess payment adn yesterday afternoon I got a call from the fabulous Matlhatsi Hooper to let me know that she was refunding my excess to me! It coldn't have happened at a better time!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Outsurance for always going the extra mile to make insurance hassle free!</p>
