AWESOME SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE

<p>On the 24th October 2016, I was involved in an accident, where I had my car knocked into from behind while stationary at the traffic lights. The accident was reported to the police and I subsequently advised Outsurance and lodged a claim. the whole process was hassel-free and was handled very professionally by the agent. Arrrangements were made for my vehicle to be repaired and I was constantly kept in the loop via sms on the progress of my claim and repairs.</p> <p>Due to the fact that I had to pay in an excess, the legal department at Outsurance, viz. Tiyani Shihlomule, who was handling my case, was most helpful in insuring that this excess was recovered. He made it very clear that there is no guarantee in recovering this and it could take a while for this to be resolved. However he assured me that he will do all he can to recover this.</p> <p>On the 6th January 2016, I received a call to advise that he was successful in recovering the excess concerned, for which I was obviously extremely delight and grateful.</p> <p>Thank you to Outsurance for a job well done, for the awesome service and for making it worth my while to be a client of yours.</p> <p>Always appreciated and keep it up.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Raven Giasi</p>
