<p>Registering an insurance claim is hardly ever a pleasant experience which was why I was so impressed by the service I received from Outsurance when I submitted my claim for a windscreen replacement recently. Not only was the service prompt and hassle free, they were also very friendly, not making me feel guilty for lodging a claim at all! Within hours of registering my claim I was contacted by their service provider, PG Glass, who also in a efficient manner made an appointment for my windscreen to be replaced and two days later it was replaced at my home, totally hassle free.
