AWESOME service from OutPet

I have to once again just say how awesome Outsurance is. They have never let me down if its my car, house or pet, they are always there, but today I'm give the pet department more like a 10 star. Firstly how the claim was handled from Miss Tshiamo Bokaba is outstanding! In a situation when a person gets to talk to someone that really cares and phone you back with follow-ups is truly amazing. I can really just say keep up the good work, it really always seem that the employees are "happy" employees. It shows through their work.
